Our Core Programs

Our work is centered on LIT (Leadership & Inclusive Training) — a structured pathway that prepares students with disabilities to enter the workplace.
Through LIT, students build confidence, practical skills, and professional exposure, while companies gain the experience and insight needed to engage people with disabilities more confidently and inclusively.

The LIT Circular Talent Pathway Model

The LIT pathway operates as a circular model.

Companies often begin by participating as mentors, supporting students through exposure to professional environments. As students develop skills, confidence, and workplace readiness, they become part of a growing talent pool that companies can later engage through internships and entry-level opportunities.
In this way, companies that invest in mentorship and inclusion also strengthen their future access to diverse talent.
